Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins is also referred to as Antonietta Gonzalez-Collins in both the US as well as Mexico, is a Mexican-American sportscaster. Her employer is ESPN and works as a SportsCenter News Anchor. She began working for ESPN in the year 2016. She is the child of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta was bilingual since her age of nine. This ability that allowed her to get her first role as an Univision production assistant in Miami. In Miami, she was a producer for national shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. It was the CBS station in St. Petersburg hired her after this as the sports reporter. In 2009, she relocated to Rio Grande Valley to work as a reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision & Fox2 News. In addition to reporting on issues related to the issue of immigration and drug trafficking from both sides of the Texas-Mexico border, she was a reporter for five minutes of the p.m. Spanish newscast a anchor and reporter for the 9 p.m. news in English, and another reporter for the at 10 p.m. Spanish newscast. Anchor duties for weather or sports were also frequently demanded. Deportes 23 was Univision Dallas affiliate and she assumed more responsibilities. She produced pieces about the Major League Baseball's ALDS ALCS and World Series the Dallas Cowboys the NBA postseason as well as the Finals FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars. She also hosted the local Univision 23 sports show Accion Deportiva Extra. She has been promoted to anchor the sports segment on Despierta America Deportes' morning show. In addition, she served as anchor of the sports segment on Primer Impacto, a magazine show on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collins' parents were born in Veracruz Mexico. They moved at some point in Mexico City, where Antonietta Collins was born on November of 1985. There is also an older sister. She has an older sister. Soon after they separated, and, in 1995 Fabio Fajardo remarried. He died of kidney cancer in 2006. The holiday in the summer that she lived with her younger sister living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl was offered a job. Antonietta was the senior of her high school however, she had a clear idea of her career goals. She went to Mount Union University in order to determine if they suited her. The campus was beautiful and offered the degree she sought. After completing her studies, she was accepted to the University with a degree of media studies. Her professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM, and was student in the class, established a lasting relationship with her. Mark Bergmann inspired her to have confidence and his passion in journalism was a huge influence on her. She, was determined to meet his expectations and never let him down.
