Hilarie Burton has had a distinguished career as an actress and producer in the US. Her earlier job was an VJ for MTV's Total Request Live. The actress became well-known for her character as the teenager in high school Peyton Sawyer on One Tree Hill. As well as her television work, she has also been known for her role in the shows Our Very Own Normal Teenager and The Secret Life of Bees. She played a prominent role on USA Network's White Collar. One of her most popular roles is her role as Dr. Lauren Boswell on the medical drama Grey's Anatomy. On the ABC drama Forever, she played Molly Dawes. The other roles she has played include a part in CBS Sci-fi's series Extant. Her most famous works are The Summer Villa Surprised By Love Christmas on the Bayou as well as The True-Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend. Hilarie has been recognized for her role in the 2017 film Sara Ellis, in the TV reboot movie franchise Lethal Weapon. Her involvement with several philanthropic organizations and her dedication to causes such as equal pay and breast cancer are also noteworthy.
